BARE BONES BREWERY

Creating the brand identity & packaging for a brewery had been on my list of dream projects, & it finally happened! Bare Bones, a small local brewery in Oshkosh, WI, was needing a rebrand of their old logo & a more structured identity for their packaging. The only requirement was that their mascot (puppers) needed to be included in the logo again. We brainstormed how can take a dog illustration up a few notches by incorporating beer imagery without being cliché, and also making the illustration style being more edgy than before while still keeping the natural rustic feel of their brewery.

It was exciting creating a whole handful of secondary icons, badges & imagery that would eventually be used for marketing, packaging, patches & screen printed apparel.
